Mr. Schroeder was previously a Vice President at Skyway Capital Partners where he managed all aspects of mergers & acquisitions deal flow from initial sourcing and review of potential Principal and Investment Banking advisory opportunities to deal execution including model building, marketing materials creation, diligence and Term Sheet / definitive documents negotiation.

Prior to joining Skyway in 2009, Mr. Schroeder was a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at Citi where he gained extensive deal management and execution experience in the industrial, technology, media, and communication verticals. Mr. Schroeder previously was an Operations Associate for EnerNOC (NASD: ENOC), a demand response energy technology company, and was responsible for building EnerNOC’s non-network operations communication platform and managing demand response events.

Kyle received a B.A. degree in Economics from Dartmouth College where he was Captain of the Varsity Football team and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Mr. Schroeder is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Leadership Tampa Bay, the Florida Venture Forum, the Turnaround Management Association and serves on the Board of the Children’s Home Society of Florida.
