SCP & CO was founded in 2002 by Bryan Crino and Scott Feuer, as Skyway Capital Partners, a registered broker/dealer investment and merchant bank. In 2016, the founders sold the investment banking operation to concentrate on its principal investing activities and rebranded as SCP & CO. Today, SCP & CO operates two distinct lines of business, Direct Investment and Fund Management.
